Every good story begins with a team starting a journey that will change them, and so does ours. We came together with the idea of excellence – we all wanted to do great things and realised that this is possible with the right team. Hence, HashCode team was born.

Every now and then, business problems appear and they seem impossible to solve. Something lasting for days, or takes manual work of dozens of people, or always ends up more complicated than it should be. Most often, others have tried to solve the problem and failed. Some things are set in stone, right?

In HashCode, we don’t think so – and we challenge that problem to a fair fight. The bigger the problem, the braver we are.

When solving a great challenge, how do you win? Certainly, a good amount of knowledge helps. And we have studied a lot: read, learned and even competed. Add to that some creativity and on-the-spot thinking and the odds improve.

There’s only one more thing missing, which we always seek, the most uncommon thing of all – common sense.

And what if this is still not enough? You try something else and you repeat – you never give up. Every problem has its solution!

It is when customers use our products, turn to us and say: “We didn’t know this is even possible!” that we know we have done a good job. This rewarding feeling is what drives us and makes us forget all the effort.
